On Wednesday, December 3rd, and Thursday, December 4th, the very first International Seminar on Inclusive Job Design took place in Oslo.

Participants from the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, Slovenia, and Norway came together to exchange experiences and share insights through presentations on the latest developments.

With Work in Progress as the seminar’s theme, we explored where we currently stand and where we want to go in the future. It was truly a pleasure to organize this first international gathering, to witness the high quality of presentations and the rich discussions, and to feel the enthusiasm and commitment of everyone involved.
