Advanced level Inclusive Job Design
Objective:
to equip participants with the essential skills and tools to assist managers and employees during a one-daypart session focused on identifying opportunities for inclusive job design within the organisation. Participants will review tasks and workflows, collabourating to explore how tasks can be redistributed and examining the potential impact on both employees and the organisation when implementing the new structure. The aim is to quickly understand how to identify possible opportunities for inclusive job design within an organisation.

Content:
During this course, participants will learn how to implement the one-day workshop within organisations. The course includes a one-day introduction and background on the quick scan for inclusive job design, followed by a practical assignment and a half-day intervision session based on participants’ experiences. The course will be considered successfully completed upon submitting a brief standardized report on the practical assignment.
