Certified Inclusive Job Designer

Objective:

To provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to be able to advice about the designing of inclusive and sustainable jobs in a competitive setting, including the business case for the employer.

You want to create chances in companies for persons with a distance to the labour market and, at the same time create a positive business within the company.

Content:

During the training participants will learn how to apply the methodology of Inclusive Job Design in practice. The core of the training consists of combining the theoretical background of the methodology with practical exercises to learn the essen tialskills of Inclusive Job Design, including exercises how to connect and advise employers about the possible business case in their company.

Bothe the online and on-site training cover a total of four days of meetings and 16 hours of homework. During the first set of meetings, there will be a focus on theory and working with the instruments. The second set of meetings consist of working on a case study and developing the business case. The homework consists of ‘working in practice’, using the learned in a real-life situation. In between the meetings, participants have the opportunity to have regular contact with the trainer by video, phone and email.

At the end of the training, participants have the necessary knowledge and tools to be able to advice about the creation of sustainable jobs including the business case for the employer in a competitive setting, in order to employ people with a large distance to the labour market. Participants receive a certificate according to their performance. This certification course is successfully completed after completing a standardised report with the findings of the practical assignment.
